Hello:
I am trying to install OEM stripes (white with black border) on a non-S R52. I may be a bit OCD, but I want to align them perfectly. Could someone please tell be the correct factory measurements from the washer jets and center emblem to the stripe. I saw some non-OEM measurements of 1/2 inch from the washer jets and 9 inches from the center of the MINI emblem, but I wanted to verify the OEM measurements. Thanks for you understanding in my obsession.

On our two R50's (same bonnet, same stripes), they are about .75" from the washer jets and aboiut six inches from the tip of the MINI Wings.

But really, here's the thing: If the edges of your stripes are parallel to the top and bottom edges of your bonnet, and the space between the edge of the stripe and the edge of the bonnet are the same at the top and the bottom, you have them positioned correctly.
