folks, anyone heading out to Adamstown, MD for the "Original British Car Day" on Sunday June 9th? I've gone the past few years, but without a MINI. Last year I saw a train of maybe 20 or 30 MINIs go blasting by as I was just pulling into the event and thought that was PDN (pretty darn neat). Well this year I've got a MCS and would like to meet up with like minded folks to motor in a group or hang out or swap car stories. Let me know!

I hope I'll bump into other like minded MINI folks this year. Adamstown has some pretty neat roads out there and the car show is very impressive. Lots and lots of older British, and some surprisingly new cars (Lotus, Jags, Aston Martin, etc.).

As I recall the gate fee is something like 5 bucks for all day of looking at old (and some new cars).

Each year they pick a different marque to feature and this year it's the classic Mini! The weather seems to be shaping up nicely so hopefully this will be a good day for motoring, looking at cars, swapping tales, etc.
