Drivetrain Duell Exhaust?
Duell Exhaust?
On the dreaded hunt for a catback. Trolling You-Tube for sounds and the Duell sounds real good. But just like most other Japanese import products, I imagine impossible to find in the states. Anyone have this and tell me where to find them? Thanks.

Nothing came up on Google that I could find. This link was from the videos. Can't read Japanese, so I have no idea if they even have NA dealers??

Nice vids. That could be worth looking into some more. It appears they have the pop back into the tune.
I wonder what ECU kit they have in JP for the R56, Dimsport with aggressive mode.
Thank you for the link.

Btw, the conversion of their advertised website price is $1154.99, pretty pricey for an interesting exhaust.
Guess we need to get someone from Japan to do a simple translation or submit the website to google translate and see if it breaks.

Everyone outside of the US (& Canad) got to keep the pop and I believe they don't have a MAF sensor, so their ECU kit is going to be different as well.
you want a great sounding exhaust for a good price. as long as you have a cooper s just cut the rear muffler off you will get good sound and a nice lil pop/burble

Ummm...
A) No offense and to each his own...but I'm with n1tro on this, that sounds horrible. If you want to run a straight exhaust, I recommend just an open downpipe, or at least run some bigger piping. I've run an open stock downpipe and it sounded much better than that.
B) There is no popping in that video. Coming from an 05 R53...I know what the burble/pop is. When I was running a catless OBX header and Invidia, it could scare people as I drove by and lifted off the throttle. Yours does not burble or pop, sorry.

not going to lie that video sucks i will try and get another one of better quality today so you will be able to hear it. trust me it is extremely obnoxious till its warmed up, and the exhaust system is hot. if i could id put the second cat and resonator back on to then you can really hear it.
Dude, you're an idiot if you think that sounds anything like the R53's, the Euro MCS's, or the JCW, there is no burble & pop. You might have the farts, and they can be funny in their own way, but that's not what we've been discussing.
i never said it sounds anything like an r53. but it pops and burbles like a mother it defiantly does not sound farty in person. it sounds like an old euro race car. i tried to take a better video but my camera just cant handle how loud it is. i c you have the alta car back if you didnt weld it together go out to your car and take out the rear most section and you will hear what im talking about
