Removing Trim Pieces?

...I know that there probably is a thousand threads on all of this, but I didn't want to go rummaging.

I am taking out my interior trim pieces for painting. The shift boot is easy. The cup holder for the back seat is easy. The front two cup holders, do those just pull out like the other ones?

The E brake I can't figure out. How do you get that handle off?

The down tubes, I just loosen up the whole dash and center console and also the two bolts that hold both of them in. I have a 2006 so I know the tubes are flared at the bottom, so they have to pull through the bottom of the console?

Last thing is the steering wheel. I want to paint the three gray spokes a different color, how do I get them off?

Any threads you can point me to, or details you can tell me about would be great. Thanks.

Okay, I got the downtube all loose. I got one out. The other would easily come out, but I can't figure out how to get the stupid cup holder off? Is it glued or what, I want to force it, but I am afraid I might break the whole thing. Help

I successfully got them all off! No thanks to anyone. hahah Shift boot just pull up. front two cup holders just pull up. Rear cup holder just pull up. The cup holder on the right downtube is stuck on with some horrible sticky tape stuff. Got it off with a flat head screw driver, then pulled the downtube out.

Oh, this helps a lot...
