Has anyone had a problem with this company. I ordered two tow hooks from them, have not gotten the items and they will not respond to my email messages. They do, however, have my money.

It seems that the emails they were sending were going to SPAM and I did not know it. I just received my tow hooks and they are very nice.
I was getting a bit concerned, but now all is well.
