Suspension H&R springs fit on OEM struts?

H&R springs fit on OEM struts?

I just got some H&R Sport springs used, the previous owner said they fit on the stock struts, but I just wanted to make sure they do? Otherwise I would have to buy some new struts.

I have a friend that ran them for alot of miles he had no issues as far as i know of.
He just recently switched to the M7 springs.
