Hey M2C2 thought it would be a good time for Charlotte to have a run. This will be a long loop with a finish at Angela's Restaurant for late lunch.

I have been asked to make this a charity run, and so it will be. Nothing is required of anyone planning to attend. I'll just ask before we start if anyone would like to donate to Speedway Childrens Charity.

Sounds like fun, John, but Carol and I will be driving to Dallas, TX for my Mother's wedding. Have fun though.

How bout a visit from someone a little more to the south of you or is it a group only thing??? If so, I will look into the schedule...My sister lives in Charlotte, and her birthday is the 24th of May, so I could make it a dual purpose trip. Heck, she might even want a break from the kids and I'll take her along. Sounds like a fun time.

My attendance is iffy at this point. I'm temporarily blind in one eye, and waiting for a sight restoring surgery, hopefully in the next few weeks. We'll see how it goes and I'll keep you advised.

John. sorry missed you this weekend. Art twisted my arm to drive his Z3M and he drove the Z4M to a charity run at Ocean Isle Beach. We left wednesday morning and just returned this sunday afternoon. Had a great time and raised some money for charity in the process. Tomorrow off to Dans Grassroots garage for some work and off to the DRAGON the next day. Old people doing stuff!

Ok, it's official...my sister has delegated child responsibilities to her husband, so it's a go for Chadtoolio and Lori. See you all there!

 

Just my luck! I'll be in Charlotte that weekend anyway, but I'll be at the boy childs graduation at Johnson & Wales. He's been there for the last two years with his Mellow Yellow MCS. Hope y'all have fun! If it gets over in time we might stop by Angela's for lunch, but we'll have his MCS and our Clubman loaded to the gills with all of his "stuff"!

Hey John....I know it's only a week away, but would it be possible for me and my wife to come along on this trip? It has been entirely too long since we have done anything with the club....and "Tillman" is begging to go motoring! If it's not too late, put us down for two....we would love to join everyone for the local "fun run" next Saturday!
