who needs a pickup truck

who really needs a pickup truck anyways? went to lowes today and bought myself a nice 3 burner grill and it fit in the mini!

and even had room left for the dog.

the dog did not go with me on the trip however, just a gratuitous picture.

That is such a cute photo! Dogs and MINI's are my favourite things in life! Nice job on the blacked out chrome too btw. Gorgeous Cooper!

Would have liked to have seen the sales person's face when they thought you were gonna put the grill in your car. hahahahaha (assuming they saw your car!) You showed them!

Very nice! I too do not need a pickup! See my post titled "Things in your Mini" in this sub-forum. (For some reason, my links to it end up dead.)

Well, I need a pick up truck........

I had a large branch break off of my crabapple tree last weekend, and my city offers free disposal of debris as long as you deliver it to their site. I took two loads in the back of a full size Tundra.......

Later the bride and I picked up a load for mulch for the garden.......I would not have put either in the back of my new Clubby or her Audi wagon.

However I agree that you can haul most everything a household needs on a regular basis in the back of a nice little wagon.

But the real question is, can it haul over 200 lbs. of equipment, a trailer, and snowplow!?

I think I still need my truck, but the Mini does have quite a bit of space.

I think it could easily haul 200 lbs of equipment and a trailer (though a small trailer) and didn't Jesse James turn a MINI into some kind of snow mobile/Kat or something like that?

Now a snow plowing Mini! That would be a sight to see.
