Hey guys I just ordered a 2009 MCS, I don't live in the Carloinas as of now but will be back in a year and a half, once my tour in Germany is over. So I figured I get to know some of you for when I come home from time to time. I would also like to know if anyone knows if there is a good site to check for buying used parts for our cars. I.E. Wheels and what not.

Hey "New Guy in a Year and a Half!" I'm Ben, I head up Asheville. Currently drive an 05 Cooper/Checkmate/Black-Eyed Purple. Looking at upgrading within the next year to a JCW though... We'll see...

Thanks for the welcome guys and Gals. I am wondering what should I do for a spare tire? I am not comfortable not having a spare. I have also opted for all season tires on my mini just to be well with in the law here in germany during the winter months (half the year lol). So what are most of you doing? Oh and my name is Woody.

You shouldn't have a problem with tires since the runflats the MCS comes with will get you safely where you need. Where in Germany are you? Are you coming here to Fort Jackson or somewhere else after there?

I didn't get the runcraps, I opted for the all season tired in order to be with in the law in Germany during the winter months. That is why I am worried about having a spare. And if I NEVER see Jackson again it will be too soon. I did three years as a Drill there and hated it. I am going back to Ft. Bragg NC when I leave Germany.
