help-mystery part!

I need some help identifying a left-over part Our 2002 MCS is having a mid-life crisis (56,000 miles) and I just finished replacing the clutch and flywheel, exhaust, and a few other odds and ends that required taking apart the front of the car. I've just about got everything back together, and I've got a left-over part. It looks like it mounts to a transmission or motormount bolt, and looks to hold a wiring harness. That being said, I can't figure out where it is needed. Can anyone identify this part in the pic, please?
Thanks,
Ian

I believe that goes on top of the engine stabilizer on the right side of the engine, a wire clips to it. Let me go look at my car a little later this morning, if it looks the same I'll take a pic of it in place for you........

Found it! (yellow arrow) The bracket attaches to the upper starter bolt, and holds the O2 sensor wire and organizes the wires that run under the starter heat shield.

I was gonna say, those little silver spring clips are always used on Oxygen sensor wiring.
