Lol, darn. I have been bidding on this thing for the last 3 days... Btw this is the 5 piece dash. You need the 3 piece on 04+ (I think) model Mini's.

I really wish they were this cheap 2+ years ago. I'm ashamed to say that since I ordered the CF dash with the car, not only did I pay full price, I also paid the dealer labor charges to install it! Never again - from now on, if an option is something I can get off eBay or order from Morristown MINI and install myself, that's the way I'm going.

i got mine from eBay too.... been a fan of UK and other euro ebay sites since then. they have some great pricing even with crappy conversion rates.

I just realised something and correct me if I'm wrong. This is made for LHD vehicles and I would presume this would not work for me as my vehicle is RHD? I guess in my excitement I forgot to take that factor into consideration.
I'm at my max bet, so if anybody wants this items for around $220. Please feel free.

I did, I bought a set for $300

 

I bought my 5 piece kit on ebay and also a set of carbon fiber down tubes there too that came from taiwan i think but the quality was great and they look awesome. I had to modify the lower part where they mount into the shifter housing but only a little bit to get them to slide in correctly. I just used my dremel to sand out the front and back for a snug fit and will post pics after i get my steering whell on.

They're reversed

LHD=Left Hand Drive

RHD=Right Hand Drive
