I've been doing some modifications on the new guy, and I figured that since I've had it for exactly a month today, I have to start making room in my house for the furnature again - since I have stuff scattered everywhere!!!

Here's what I've got that needs a new home:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All parts have been removed professionally from a 2003 MINI Cooper S (my own), and are new from the date of final build - vehicle was completed on 7.22.03. I work closely with a local MINI dealership, and will not be ripped off on any sale, but will be willing to sell everything listed above at a DECENT price, which will be agreed upon by both parties. MAKE AN OFFER - every offer will be considered!!! Photographs of everything can be taken before payment is made, if requested.

UPDATE!

Everything currently listed is STILL for sale. I have some modified factory grills that are taking up space as well, but they're too hard to explain what has been done to them, and they would only work on a DS Cooper S anyways, so forget it....

I have gotten a price on the tail lights finally, and will be willing to sell the factory set for ONLY $65 plus shipping. Get a set of these, tear them apart, and modify them how you want to without ruining your stock set for less than a third the cost of buying a new set of tail lights!!!

three emails so far from DS MCS owners means that i have GOT to explain myself a little bit about the modified grilles before it starts to get crazy!! so here goes:

i have PMed a guy earlier today and really determined that they probably aren't something I'll be able to sell.... unless someone was as interested in removing unnecessary chromed parts of the car like the front upper and lower chrome rings around the grilles as i was!! I currently have the upper one painted body color (DS), and can get the lower one painted if necessary. Since they are painted and money was invested in the paint to have them professionally done, I can get rid of both of them for $35 shipped.

i will be taking pictures of the de-chromed trim ring and the grille in the next few days.... if someone is interested in having the lower section painted, i'll take an order for it and have it done this week, and ship out monday morning at the latest....

Suggestion; you need to post photos !!!! THEN it will sell. A picture is worth a thousand words.........

 

Understood - i just haven't had a chance to get my car up on the lift, take the wheels off, and get quality pictures of them to show just how good of a condition they are in! i will be working on that all this weekend, since i have heard from a handful of people about the wheels already, but no one has taken them off the market just yet.... but you are right, i believe that as soon as i post pictures of them, they will become much more attractive to these folks!

(note - when i sold my $17,000 modified honda on eBay and autotrader, i had exactly 50 high quality pictures to display the entire vehicle.... i went over my allocated bandwidth for the month 20 times over for everyone to download the pictures each time the page was refreshed!! )

 

Please make a note of it. The stock seats have been sold, please do not inquire about them as I do not own them anymore!

I have taken pictures of the wheels on and off the car, and will post pictures of them later tonight, thanks!

 

Mike--a suggestion...you may find it easier to edit your original post and delete sold items...that way folks won't get their hopes up and you won't end up responding to emails on those items.
