Would have loved to make it ....maybe next year. This is going to be a play it by ear year. Expecting my first grandchild during MOTD, which I made reservations to and had expected to go . O well.

Love the winery and the Nacoochee Grill is the shiz. Never had _anything_ bad to eat there.

You're not staying at the host hotel, the Best Wastern? They have a room set aside for you.

 

Please remember, the host hotel is Best Western. I called and their are still a few rooms left (5). I would like to get this hotel filled up. Overflow will go to the Super 8 at the same rate of $59/night.

I looked at the rooms at the Best Western and they are nice and big.

Don't think they allow pets is the reason they chose the other hotel. No Defendersmon it was not directed toward you, forgot that alot of our group likes to take their pets and already had booked the other hotel. Quit knee jerking!

I'm going to send you an e-mail later so we can coordinate getting to Helen. Because we are heading this up, we will be leaving early to get things set up. What time are you thinking of meeting up with us? I would like to be in Helen by noon on the 27th.

Just a note: we are already $90.00 up on the donations to Speedway Children's Charities from some very kind folks out there.

We will also be receiving some items from MINIs of Charleston for the MINIs that showed up from Coastal and Middle Georgia, thanks to Qwkslvr for setting that up.

Things are looking good, I will be headed to Global Imports MINI in Atlanta tomorrow (Wednesday) to pick up the goody bags and other things.

I'll be ordering the wine tomorrow as well.
