Depends what you are trying to do.

Biggest selection of rims is internet via various vendors-
several connected with NAM

Some of the vendors that sell upgrade parts do also stock wheels that fit minis

Locally there are a few places but prices tend to be higher and selection geared to the larger wheels like 18" and larger. Tire prices are high as well.

Mailorder can work and shipping isn't always that bad. Tire and wheel combos are often mounted and balanced.

What are you going to use it for and what did you have in mind?

I have some spare MINI wheels that I might sell if you are interested.

As you can tell by the other posts, there is no real best place on Oahu to buy rims and tires at one place.
You can get tires from Costco and many varieties of rims from many local vendors.
Your better off getting rims and tires from www.tirerack.com and have it shipped to Oahu.
Another option is to check with other local MINI owners and see what kind of stockpile they may have.
I'm sure minihune can get you connected. The R90 he speaks of looks like this.... .....

 

Thanks for the help guys i was looking for a set of larger rims and tires but affordable as i am still in school with a part time job. Right now I have a R56 with the 5 star blaster rims (I think its called). BTW minihune how much for the R90
