Very rare MINI for sale in CarMax

Well, since I'm always in the hunt of rarer combo/options MINI's, as the title says, I just caught up this one while browsing their website:

http://www.carmax.com/enUS/view-car/...1-d2af1ed09e10

I've never seen one of these before. '05 Gold convertible with the cream interior, chrono-pack, and anthracite trim, definitely a rare bird!!! I thought they phased out the Gold color in like '03 or '04!!!
Beautiful!!!

INMHO - one of the ugliest colours ever on a MINI! :-) They were wise to kill it.

I used to drive this Zipcar on a weekly basis around town or on long trips.

I must say I had more positive comments(after a good hand wash of course since it was parked outside)with this color than all the other MINI's I have driven over the years.Loved the Solid Gold!

I heard that Solid Gold was extremely popular in the wealthier Middle East countries. Not a choice I'd choose, but definitely rare, nonetheless!

The gold is just barely livable, but that interior kills it.
