Each winter, we do a special collection in conjunction with the Holiday Party, and this year is no different. Would you please consider making a donation of new or used books? Our goal is to collect 2,500 books for With Wings and a Halo so that every police car in Wisconsin and Illinois is equipped with 10 - 12 kid's books, but we need your help to do so! These books are used to calm children found in domestic abuse situations as well as at the scene of accidents and fires.
