I changed out my factory tails and now my upper light above my signal on my '03 S doesnt even light up at all now. Could this possibly be a taillight fuse? My lower ones light up and get brighter with the brake lights like theyre supposed to. I put the clear tails on with the led bulbs. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Could possibly be a bad LED bulb. I'm not too fond of those. I had them in my euro taillights on my Suzuki Sidekick, and changed them out immdiately. I would put regular bulbs back in your lights. If they work, then there's a problem with the LED bulb. If not, then check the fuses.

 

Remember one thing though... on '02-'04 MINIs (with the factory amber turn signal in the center of the taillight), the upper red light is for the rear fog lights. They will not light-up at all unless you have the rear fog light option from factory, or bought a switch bank with a rear fog toggle and had it activated at the dealer.
