This was taken at a Utah Mini club Rally.

yep i know. i was the only one there that had done the mod. I thought it was strange too

 

I guess there is no fog over there. Or maybe nobody brakes- therefore no need for a tail light mod.

That was exactly the same thing I thought. What's happened to me? Beautiful scenery, lots of MINI's and that's what catches my eye.

 

Where is Utah was that shot taken? It looks like Provo Canyon.

 

Bignose, Did you folks get spread out some so that you all could really motor, because from the pic it kinda looks like a parade winding thorugh the canyons.

Damn! Before I saw the caption below I KNEW that was Utah. I moved from SLC 18 years ago and I still miss those mountains. Now as I wait for delivery of my MCS and I consider twisties I'll drive, I can't help but miss those canyon roads. I just gotta ask in a different post under MINI Talk: Hey all you SLC MINI owners, which is you favorite canyon?

the shot was taken entering the Alpine Loop Gates, so we were bunched together while we payed.
After that we did get to spread out a little more. And drive though Sundance to Provo Canyon. This was of course before the fire a few days ago. It still looks grat just a little burnt.
