Just got this response from trip024.

Here's the website - It's 30,000 - 40,000 yen - can't tell which one is correct. The unwinding of the yen carry trade hasn't helped us...

Can you link the DDM spoiler? It really doesn't resemble the DTM front spoiler at all...

Nice looking lip. Did anyone else notice the cowl scoops on that Japanese website? They have them facing in towards the windshield, I wonder if that works, not sure how the airflow is around the base of the windshield.

The directions are a translation from Italian to English, and some descriptive nouns are lost in the translation. I just installed a set of these on my MCS, and they came out slick. But I installed mine facing forward..........

I was just informed by Ken Brown of BAS, that the DTM Lip Spoiler comes from factory in FLat black ABS plastic and looks good as is. It is the thickness of our OEM chin spoiler. And yes, they do fit MCS R53 as well. They are $179.00 right now too

I believe you are referring to the Orciari cowls As the Garbino cowls are meant to be mounted the opposite way something you cant do with the orciari ones.

I've heard that the airflow at the base of the windshield actually goes downward towards the reverse cowl scoops. And I've actually seen a wiper blade that was pulled down in that direction because of that flow.

Actually it is a low pressure zone, reverse would not hurt it at all, might even be better. Think it's been discussed here that as low as they are there is no forced air by facing forward. 2 cents.
