The Koni web site

is showing a product # for all 07 to 09 versions (non S, S and Clubman) for the FSD and sport yellows. I had FSDs on my 06 and loved them. I think they are a great option for daily driven and light track use.

Do they work with lowering springs?

The Gen I version

was not supposed to be used with lowering springs. I don't know anything about the Gen II version. I plan to check with Koni.

FSD Shocks

KONl`s latest technology accomplishes the task that has eluded most shock makers until now - great handling + excellent ride quality:

  • > Excellent ride quality on all road surfaces
    > Available for most newer cars - more coming
    > Pair with Eibach springs for 1"-1.5" lowering
    > Gold metallic finish shocks
    > Dark metallic gray springs in kits
    > Less expensive than electronic systems
    > Lifetime Warranty

Drive the car you love every day.

Awsome, so they would support H&R springs as well, as their drop is in the 1-1.5 inch range!

I think the note about Eibach lowering springs was generic for the product but probably does not apply to MINI. Koni has FSD/Eibach kits for some vehicles (VW and others) but not for 1st gen MINI because of the amount of suspension travel. I doubt it will be different for 2nd gen MINI because suspension travel has remained the same.

I think you are correct. (Just checked. You are correct)
