The oem name is rather flat: Side panel, front right; Side panel, front left.

The only reason i could see getting them is to save weight, but how much weight do you really save? I cant imagine its a lot...

I wouldnt really get them to save weight. I doubt it will help much and I dont think any of us are at the point where this will really make a difference in out track times (well there are a few on here....)
but I just think they look cool.

Hey folks... according to the Ebay link... it says they're original parts covered in carbon fiber.

Not molded.

Covered.

Good to looks... for sure... but if anything, less go!

Not sure about the Essential Mini ones... but they mention that any part can be covered in carbon fiber.

The Duell dry carbon fenders are not covered OEM parts. I spoke with Duell over the phone and they say they can dye the dry carbon to different colors.

yeah they are a bit overpriced... I think i would just get the covered ones if i'm going for looks only.
If your going to weight loss i can see paying that much... because at that point your probably already putting tons of money into the car...

Yeah...no kidding...I know how that goes... Hey, btw...does anyone have a PASSENGER side Schroth window net they want to trade for a driver's??? It turns out I have two of the same. And there is a way to get the ViS cf fenders for 350....maybe with shipping included. Just depends if someone wants to take on the headache. I know me and Sushi are prolly a go.

I was actually going to contact Sushi to see how he did the hatches for us. I might be willing to take on the task of a group buy through VIS. I really want these now.
