M7 Vortex hood scoop w/ R53?

Is it possible to use the M7 Vortex Hood Scoop that is for the r56 mini's and adapt it to fit the r53 mini's?

ive seen it in carbon fiber but not in a long time. best luck is to find it second hand. hard to come by though.

Here is a Vortex Generator plate I've made to fit both a stock scoop and the Ram Air Scoop I did for M7;

maybe it would be nicer looking if it fit to the shape of the scoop more, it kinda looks a little to stuck on.

mold it into the scoop and maybe it'd be more cohesive in design. but overall it looks like an autozone slap on from the fast&furious section.

Nice work on that vortex part, I must say though....I find it really distracting since there's already alot going on in that area of the hood..

JS, i like the vortex thingy you got under your spoiler....i want one to go with the extension piece on top.

Thanks for the compliments. PM me for more info about the under side Vortex Generator for the R53 wing. I have a few made and are ready to ship. Along with my Wing Tip Extensions and the Winglets I designed, look in my gallery for more info, I fine my hatch glass staying cleaner, not to mention the unique look they give the MINI.

M7 now has the vortex scoop for the R53, here is a link.
fiberglass or carbon fiber. Its a bit pricey i think!!!
