Speedwerks lug conversion installation

Ok, so i just got around to ordering the Texas speedwerks 14mm to 12mm conversion lugs today and a thought just crossed my mind on the installation. I'm going to have to take the hubs off and knock out the existing lugs arent I? If so would the brake replacement threads be useful in telling me how to get those off? Thanks.
