I wondered if anyone has imported a mini from britain. What kind of cost are involved, and how hard is it to get done.

Get an experienced broker and the problems are few assuming the car IS 25 years old or older.

When mine came over it was under $1k but that was 5 years ago now....

Get as many photos as possible of EVERY aspect of the car.
You can have the car inpsected by RAC or AA engineeer and receive a report on condition. ($300)
