Does Anybody Know How To contact MINI HQ?

I'm having major issues with my son's dealership. Getting a complete runaround. Is there a number I can call to complain or report my complete dissatisfaction?

Not sure what the issue is, but when I had my Clubman delivered the dealership general manager sent me a "welcome" letter. I would contact the general manager if you have not already done so. If you're already past that, try the 1-866-ASK-MINI number, and I believe that there's additional contact info in the maintenance / warranty booklet. It's always best to try to solve your issues at the dealer level, if at all possible, as that's where you'll probably end up for repairs one way or another. Good luck. Can I ask what the problem is?

Thanks for the replies. Now that my ire has cooled a bit, I've decided that a carefully worded letter expressing my dissatisfaction might get my point across much better than just screaming at someone on the phone.
