Stoptech or Wilwood
I've been using the TCE Wilwoods for years now. They are on my race car and it's hard to outstop me on the track.
From 111 mph to 35 mph in a few seconds over and over again, they have never failed me, nor even fadded in the slightest.
Stoptech are very good brakes and I would trust them as much as I do my TCE Wilwoods, but for the price, there is no question in my mind which I will continue to use.
Also, Todd of TCE is always there if you have a question, or an issue.

The size of the caliper and how far away it is from the center or the hub (larger dia. brakes) matters in wheel clearance. Not just this, but the width of the caliper itself is the biggest issue. So, the style and shape of your wheel must be checked to see if it makes enough room for these BBKs. The wilwood is a slimmer caliper so not as many clearance issues.
I realised that one of the Wilwood model is hole disc plate and as for the Shoptech is drill plate,
What is the difference between both of them, I also read some article saying that for the hole plate is not good as it will crack, is that true?

It kinda depends on what you are really after. If after the bling factor and filling up those 18" rims go for the largest rotor and caliper that will fit under your rims.
If you are looking for performance on the track Onasled has great experience that speaks for itself. However, you might want to look at the offerings that TSW has. The BDM kit with the massive 1.25" wide rotors just don't get hot enough to fade. I have the very first set of their MDM brakes with the 12.2 x 0.81 rotors with the ST-43 pads and they have held up extremely well to the punishment of one of the fastest and most punishing tracks in Texas - Eagles Canyon Raceway, with no fade. And, I was out braking M3's, 335's and Porsches on the long straights from 100-115 down to 35-40 all weekend long in an advanced run group. Five minute pad changes with the huge Outlaw calipers are a plus too.
The choice is yours but the TSW kits are worth considering among the StopTech and TCE Wilwood kits you mentioned.
