Interior/Exterior English Oak 6 speed OEM shift knob
I think it can be ordered through the dealer, but not sure.
However, I know where you can get some great wooden shift *****.

Walnut or Fumed Amboyna Burl match the English Oak in color. Oak is rather coarse grained and doesn't make a good shift ****.

I got mine through the service department because my English Oak interior should have had a shift **** but didn't...part of the typical R56 first model year drama. I love the item...it matches the rest of the EO finishes perfectly.
If you order one through parts, you might consult w/ the Service Advisor first....it seems getting the exact right part can be a bit of a problem.

If you order the English Oak Steering Wheel then i believe that automatically get you a shift ****.
The English Oak shift **** is included with the wood steering wheel option.
I added it to my 2009 (a $250 add to the premium package). I am very pleased with it and have gotten many positive comments.
