Anyone Get Work Done at Performance Powder Coating in New Haven, CT?

I want to get a set of wheels powder coated. They seem knowledgeable and helpful. Has anyone out there used them for anything? It would be nice to know about any firsthand experiences. Thanks.

Powder Coating in Connecticut - A Recent Experience

I've used Performance Powder Coatings in New Haven, and have been very disappointed in the quality. Don't have them coat steel items. My wheels rusted terribly after onlly 4 years, one was on a car in outdoor storage, the other inside my garage wrapped in plastic. They do not use a zinc pre-coat step as used by all of their competent competitors. In addition, the coating had bubbles and pin holes that rusted through. Mr. Gentino, the owner, was not forthcoming with a remedy, to say the least. Turns out they do mostly lawn furniture and large bird cages

Use, instead, Precision Powder Coating in Plainfield. See http://www.powdercoatingit.com/ They do all of the MG and Triumph work in the area, and John extends a generous warranty if you are not satisfied.
