Half Joey Mod On PW/B Mini (just headlight rings)

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has done, or has pictures of a preferably Pepper White Mini with just the headlight rings painted black (ie not the whole headlight assemble) just the chrome outer ring?

Cheers

Here, talk to Lyle @ http://www.lylesvinylstyles.net/

Lots of people have wrapped the headlight rings in vinyl (or have had them painted, but the vinyl is a much better option).

i agree with contacting Lyle - i have had most of my exterior chrome peices vinyl'd for the past 10 months or so, and it held up very well through NY winter and the dreadful NY summer with our heatwave and whatnot.

This is what mine looked like before the Joey (this is paint though not vinyl, but it gives you an idea of the look)

Thanks

Yep that was a before shot...this is the after

I highly recommend the full joey, but the headlight rings are enough if it works for your car...the one in the above post it just works it looks good with the chrome

bad pic, and this was just the beginning of my vinyl wrapping. I've since wrapped all chrome on the car, and gotten rid of the clear side signals

I'm not going to do the "joey" blackhousing mod. It's a little too permanent for my liking. I might be moving to a location where awd is almost a necessity within a year or two, and would be trading in the mini for an sti. I've done it on previous cars, but I don't think it's necessary on this car.
