Most factory tech websites charge obscene subscription fees to independent garages and technicians. The Honda factory tech site I subscribed to cost $35 for two days. Granted, two days of me sitting in front of the computer with a laser printer, two reams of paper, and a broadband connection meant that I downloaded nearly the entire Factory Service Manual, but it's still $17.50 per day! Ouch!

 

Just buy one of the CDs on Ebay - it's cheaper :smile:

 

Its the official BMW/Mini tech site, I obtained the info from the 'Automotive Aftermarket News Magazine' the official rag for the automotive aftermarket, lots a neat stuff in this publication. The CD's are definately cheaper, $20 a day adds up quickly.
