How many of you don't have a garage or have other cars in your garage so that the Mini is outside all the time?

My Mini is left outside almost every night when i am on the road or at home. Mom's car gets the garage.

Even though we have 3 garages they are all taken up by my Dad's "toys". So the MINI spends its nights outside. Which I am a little concerned about with the possibility of this hurricane hitting NY.

Right now, garaged. Once, I move to Florida it will be open to the elements.

Mine's outside and I'm not happy about it. Currently living in an apartment. Condo/garage to follow in a few months. Until then I'm relying on Zaino to keep my finish up.

From 8am to 7pm my MCS can be outdoors but at night it is garaged.
If exposed you can always get an outdoors car cover for less than $190 that will protect and be breathable.

Weekly car washing by hand is good and a tough coat of wax will help. Depends some on your climate and sunlight exposure.

My side of the garage is full of motorcycles so I park the MCS and my truck outside. I had an architect and surveyor out today to see about building a three car garage behind the house. Looks like it will work out just fine.

It's left outside all the time while my 75 MGB hogs the garage...does not really make sense considering the "B" is only worth about $5000.

Luckily my MINI stays in a covered garage during the work days, and only spends time outside while at home (evenings and weekends). Unfortunately, I live between a widely used street and a freeway, so my MINI gets dusty, and with the occasional "Honolulu evening rain", it makes for long detailing projects thoughout the weekend.

Outside 24/7. When it's home it's parked under an Oak Tree becuase the wife doesn't like the end spot.

However with the impeding storm I'm going to move both cars over to the middle of a local strip mall. That way they won't be under any trees, plus there's only one road into our community, if I tree falls across it I want to make sure we can still leave!

Yes, 24/7 unfortunately. I have a 69 Caddy Convert that would turn to iron oxide even quicker if I swapped places. Wish I had more than one garage!

Regards,
Red

Mine's kept inside at home, but likes to play outside during the day.

Garage is fulla project cars and machinery until my second 'garage' is built and this garage not only gets cleaned out but another bay attached. I was unable to do much in the three years since being in a nasty car accident. This has my MINI sitting outside until this is rectified

MYT LITL sleeps in garage which costs $200/month.

Valet parking so I have to leave the key.

Once I suspected an employee there of joyriding in my car. but
I started keeping track of the odometer and all has been kosher since.

My two are outside,
I did spend money, bought lot next door. but I have put a huge shed
yes with climate control, to house my trains.
So unfortunatley the 2 coops are subject to acid rain, extreme heat, love bugs and dust from the dirt road near by. ( for the mini's not from florida, Love Bugs are whole story in it self ). So what do I do?
I try to keep them as clean as I can. and hope for the best. needless to say the lovely water that we have.

Just got my MC BRG/Wht w/ Prm Pkg #1 and I have it stored in outdoor lot (on lift) in mahattan.
The best deal in town I might add! Not too concerned though, as long as I clean and wax it once a month, it should be fine.

Mine has to stay outside because I have some very valuable items that are kept in my garage. A friends band new stove still in the box, wood from various wood working projects and the very exclusive neighbor’s old sofa waiting for a yard sale. What I need to do is give back everyone’s crap and clean out the garage… then I would have nice place for my baby to sleep.

When my MINI gets here it'll stay outside. Can only park one car in my garage and my 69 Chevelle gets that......even though it's worth about half what the MINI is.

I don't have my MINI yet,
but last weekend I totally cleaned out my garage.
I moved everything to the shed.
I'm ready now! !

Well we have three cars and a two car garage. But my MCS does get one of the spots in the garage.

We have lots of trees in our area, and with the trees comes the birds. So even during the day, the MINI goes in the garage out of the birds target range.

Well, have a nice warm spot in heated garage just waiting for our mini. Right next
to our red motorcycle! Our new chili red/w can have a great time getting acquainted and makin bosum buddy. Also, hubby has place in large garage at work to keep mini safe while he works the afternoon shift. Hope to have this car as long as we had our last one (10 yrs - only 65k miles) -- so gotta pamper it accordingly. (Waiting, waiting, waiting -- just HATE doing that!!)

Always inside, even when I go on business trips, I use an indoor valet parking service at the airport. 1 year and free of dings, the paint still looks great even though I've not had time to wax it yet.
