This last weekend was fantastic! The pictures from the Conclave start here at page 18 and continue to page 22 of the Rocky Mountain Regional Events in the gallery.

The turn out was great from both MINI's of the Rockies and MINI5280, plus many more from Colorado and other states that do not belong to either club.

The MINI's had a huge turnout, the expanded area was consumed by New and Classic's and many people looking at them.

Next year the sign's will be changed from BMW MINI and Austin MINI to New MINI and Classic MINI . They agreed it was unfair to be calling the New MINI a BMW since they do not make that distinction with Ford to Jaguar or VW to Bentley.

Does anyone know who got awards in the NEW Mini class? Mine picked up 1st in class for the NEW ones(had a good heart attack when I was told that). But do not know who took 2nd & 3rd, plus Best in Show.

Those pictures are awesome...thanks for posting them for everyone. I had a great time at the conclave...both the drive and the show. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but duty called. Next year will be awesome for sure.

It was nice meeting everyone throughout the weekend...hope to meet more of you during other events and at the MOTR meetings at Pints.

:???: Sorry, I never did get over to take pictures of your car. I realized later that any car that was near mine I didn't take pictures of including mine. We don't even have a picture to post in the MOTR newsletter since you took first for the New MINI. Congrats by the way.

MOTR has a list of the winners, they usually post in the newsletter and will also share at the MOTR meeting. Send me a private message and we can get together if you'd like me to take some pictures of the car. I do it for fun, you and the club.

We took third. And we were really shocked too. Second was the dark greeen one with the suddle iradecent flames on the hood and doors. It was parked in the back side of the "U" Don't know how we claimed third. Maybe it was the color. It sure attracted the viewers (mostly women) were looking at it all day. OR MAYBE it is that it is just CUTE
