This is an outrage and an insult to those of us with CR Minis. Barbie is not the Chili Red type and, of course, pink with maybe some cheesy 60s flower decals would be more in order. Not to offend Barbie fans but isn't she more the New Beetle type?

I have 11year old and 7 year old daughters and they already have the Barbie new Beetle. They were both very excited to see the Barbie new MINI in the catalog. I expect there will be one under the tree this year. They will forget all about that silly old beetle :smile:

 

Just checked Sears' web site and they don't list a Barbie MINI. They have all kinds of VW's for Barbie as well as the typical Corvette. Maybe they just haven't added it to the site yet. If anyone finds one I would love to see a pic.

As the resident Alabama redneck MINI driver here on MCO, I am the one supposed to have this sort of roof flag!

Fortunately, I would NEVER! I'll stick with my UJ!

 

The MINI used to be Ken's - Barbie got it in the divorce along with the rest of Ken's stuff!

 

Recorded Sharon Osbourne's show yesterday. Certainly got my attention.....she drove onto the stage in a CR Cooper with a UJ flag, plate says MRS O.... Was the highlight of the show. Guess I am not into the hosted daytime thing, you have to be able to stand listening to her talk constantly and tell everyone she meets that I "love, love, truly love" you/them. At least I was able to fast forward....and the MINI looked really great.
