Need some opinions on wheels
Ok, so I finally configured the Mini they way I wanted, which took 2 months of back and forthing. Who knew it would be so difficult.
So now I'm stuck on 2 wheel choices.....
Going 17" on both and through a crappy photoshop job, I need your opinion of what wheel looks better. I'm going silver on both choices.
First choice:
10 Spoke. (the 10 spoke looks white, but its silver- didnt change it in PS).
Second choice:
7 Spoke.
What looks best? Thanks in advance!
PS- sorry for whoever's picture I snaked off NAM. Its for research purposes!

For my tastes, I like the second one (six spokes) better.

I typically would go with the 10 spoke, but because you ordered the JCW aero kit, I would go with the 7 spoke. The 10 spoke to me just looks to busy with the extra 'pizzaz' the aero kit has. Just my 2 cents.

I'm liking that 7 spoke one.

Agree with Sketch on this. Both look very nice, but the 10 spoke just looks a bit busy to me, especially with the aero kit. The 7-spoke looks clean.
(Disclaimer - I ordered the 16" Bridge spokes - not quite the same, but a 7-spoke design, so I guess I'm a bit partial to that.)

Neither. Minis need beefy wheels. These look as if the car is balancing on toothpicks. My 2 cents.

Go 7. Looks cleaner and elegant.

Go 7. The 10 looks like little tree twigs. Easier to clean too. Consider gold for contrast.

I think the 10 spoke brings more attention to the wheels themselves. As such, I kinda like them. More so than the 7 spoke ones, at least.

Seven spoke, especially if you want the attention drawn to the Car instead of the Wheels.

10 spokes all the way.
I got 16" ten spokes for my winter RFs and I like them more than my 16" Blasters.

I'd go with the 7 spoke just because it would be easier to keep clean.

+1
I'm not fond of the wagon wheel look on MINIs. If it has to be one of those, go with the seven, but five would be better.

I personally like the beefiness of the Bridge Spokes which is why I ordered them. If I had to choose one of those 2 it would be the 7 spoke. The 10 just looks too fragile on the MINI.

7 all the way...and I love the PW/PW - I don't think I've seen one configured like that.
As for the aero kit how come your wheel arches are black and not painted? Someone clue me in here b/c i thought the aero kit had them both painted.

Thanks bud!
The Aero Kit (factory install) is the one with painted arches.
The JCW Aero Kit is the one without painted arches.
