We were coming back from the Magical Mini Mystery Tour in San Francisco last week end and We stopped over in Maroon Bells no yellow yet. We also drove to McClure Pass and Redstone and there is alittle color due to the Birch trees
On the News last night
Timing is everything when it comes to autumn foliage; the color only lasts about a week, so you have to hit it just right. Unfortunately, it's impossible to predict when the leaves will turn in any given location; but based on the local news last night, the best time to go is around the end of Sept to the first week of October.
