Questions about Rota RB wheels and Webspoke wheels

I am considering purchasing the 17 inch Rota RB wheels. I have read the Rota RB is a "hubcentric" wheel. Is that a problem? The Rota RB wheel is approximately 5 lbs. lighter per wheel then my current OEM wheel or the R98 - Webspoke. Will that make a noticeable difference in performance? Is the Rota RB a good wheel? Is it durable/tough? I would appreciate input from people on the fourm.
Thanks

The Rota RB is fine for street use. No wheel will do well when you hit a pothole that is large and deep going fast. If you have rough roads just be careful.

5 lbs per wheel is not that much difference for street use. It's fine. Just match it with good tires and you should be OK.

Hubcentric is good. Not a problem. MINI hub bore is 56.1mm so check the center hub bore on the Rota and it is quite a bit larger like 73mm then you will need centering rings, if it is 56.1mm then you don't need any rings.
