Went to my dealer yesterday and picked up the JCW carbon fiber mirror caps and wanted the hood scoop too to match and he told me it was on backorder with no word from MINI on when it will be available. does this sound right? anybody know where i can get one? or for that matter anybody have one.

 

^^Honestly I haven't been looking for one so I don't know if they are on back order from the dealership or not.

But since they are also a MINI dealership if they don't have any in stock maybe it is on back order from there too.Peter at minspeed.net has been known to price match competitors.
