I have a few questions before purchasing

1. Does the filter increase the noise over the stock paper cone filter

2. Does foam flow better than the stock filter or does it just filter better

3. I see the Alta Filter Is For the R53 and R56. Do you need to do any modification to get it to fit the R56 JCW airbox or does it fit perfectly and clamp perfectly without any modifications.

theres a possibility it might be louder. prob not much at all, but you know

 

I use the Alta JCW filter. Does not seem to be louder that the stock JCW. Also cannot tell how much better it flows but seems to be a little more responsive at higher RPMs using the seat of the pants test.
