Another good experience with Century MINI Service

I stopped by Century MINI yesterday afternoon to set up an appointment for service. I was pleasantly surprised that David said I could bring it by this morning - no wait at all.

I dropped off the car at 8:00 and it was ready by 13:30 which is 2 hours earlier than I said that I would need it.

Based on 2 good experiences now, I reaffirm that people in the area should consider using Century MINI for their service needs.

I too had a good experience there Monday. I had a nice knowledgeable talk with Brent and was very pleased with the mechanical end of my service. I will be back. Brent also stated that he might come to some of our get-togethers and talk about our cars. Can't beat that. PS. I also read that they will be building a much bigger place right down the road in about 9 months. That should make the other end of the customer service a good experience as well .

I need to call them and see what they will charge to install the chrome line interior in Lady G. If it's reasonable, I'll go there.

Thanks for sharing this!

I have never had bad service at any MINI dealership, from Schomp in Denver, Colorado or Scottsdale AZ, Hendrick in Charleston SC and Hendrick in Charlotte NC. iI know in today society that we all get stressed when things just don't go our way so before you start saying bad things, just remember they have lives and jobs just like everyone else and they are usually trying there best. I like the positive post but I do not like the not so positive as I think it really hurts us all in the long run, so think positive!!!

I don't think I've seen anyone on this board attack someone personally before. Sure we all get a little peeved from time to time and spout off at the mouth but it's usually just venting. Good or bad I think sometimes things just need to be said. Everything can't always be perfect about our cars and the experiences we have with them.

Did I miss something, I didn't see any negative posts in this thread.

Which one is Brent again, I think I may have meet him at a car wash once. So they are getting their own nice building? I wonder if they are planning on putting it on the other side of the BMW dealership. I think a Chrysler dealer just closed up shop there. It'd be great if we could get some of the MINI people to come to the monthly burger socials.

David is truly awesome, even if he has a problem returning calls / emails. You just have to stay on him sometimes because he'll say something like "Oh,we have to order your arches" and then he forgets to order the arches.

Much better than some of the sales staff there.

They have a new service manager from when I had my lovely experience. I am now willing to take my car there in emergencies, but Charleston will be where I go If I can make

Brent has been there about 10 yrs and works on our cars. Seems like a real nice guy. He says that he would be willing to join us at some of our socials. As far as the new building----it will be on the other side of 85 on about 10 acres.

Then I don't think I've met Brent then, sounds like a pretty decent guy though.

Other side of 85? That'd put them over in ICAR wouldn't it? Though a pretty cool spot it doesn't exactly get a lot of traffic.

Yes right at ICAR. Not yet, but time will tell.
