Ernie takes a stance.... a JCW stance.

After taking Phil Wicks class in GA a few weeks ago, I want to make Ernie handle better. The first thing was a set of JCW springs. Though it only lowered him less than .5", it did remove a little bit of the space I wanted removed and the stiffness from the springs feels great on the curves. I'll know better once I get to do another track day.

Anyway, here's a few pics of Ernie with his new look.

very nice! if you change to JCW springs, are changing of shocks necessary? As with aftermarket ones that drop like 1+" (H&R) etc, they'll eventually kill your shocks in a year or two...

looks great tho!
how much may i ask?

I got them through Charleston Mini but with my wholesale (bodyshop) discount.

They were 300 bucks my cost plus 37 shipping. (they actually overnighted them to me)

HTH's,

Mark

I really like the drop the JCW springs give, its not slammed and it gets rid of the 4x4 look.
