I am a very, very amateur photographer [have a DSLR and about 25 point & shoot digitals.] Also do editing and chopping [that I have lots of fun with.

So I'll comment.

1. Do you edit your pics. Even amateurs like me edit pics.

2. How many pics did you take of each subject? The pros take maybe 20 to 50 of each shot so to pick the best ones to publish. With digital cameras it's easy for us to take maybe 5 to 10 pics of a subject.

Of your pics the first one is cool. Would have taken 10 of those to see which would turn out best.

The second one, the blue MINI, that's only OK, in fact, don't like it at all, to be truthful. Too much background noise distracting from the subject, the MINI.

The PW MINI is nice enough, but it needs to be edited as it is too bright. I'd also crop it to get rid of the building causing distraction.

I'll so some quick edits and post so you can compare. These are quick, 4 minutes each or less, just to show what can be done. They were also too small to work with a photo editor. Not saying these are better than yours.

BONUS TIP: Take lots of pics and experiment. Take shots at different ranges, distance and angles. You never know what works until you open the pic on your computer. Read up on the Forums that deal with photography. Practice makes perfect.

Photography is no more than a hobby, but here's my response:

(Warning, only the thick skinned should read the following.....)

#1 The cross bar is off the corner, the wrinkles in the MINI backdrop are distracting, glass under the Zag is warped making it distracting. But I like the concept

#2 What is the purpose of the vingetting here? Saturation is low, it looks washed out, but that could also be a style thing, looks like it's about 1/2 to full stop over exposed. The keypad is extremely distracting (and the reflection thereof as well). I'd have asked the owner to move the car or found a different angle. The reflections allover the car are also highly distracting. All taking away from the image subject. If the vingetting was gone you'd have a good example of active space with this one, even if the car was heading severely downhill.

#3 My favorite of the set. the vingetting works here (compliments the tint and stripes), good rule of thirds example, and the PW exposure looks dead on on my monitor. However there is a lack of active space (MINI looks like it's about to drive out of the photo, there is nowhere for it to go), seems to be a funky warming filter (digital?) the white is inconsistent color temperature across the length of the car. If there was an angle looking straight at the garage not people door, with a level horizon, car at 3/4 angle (slightly more than current) with room in the photo for the car to go and less distracting clutter on the pavement I think I'd like this image a lot more.

ok that's my $.02, feel free to leave yours in my critique thread

Excellent comments Drew. I suspect the pics were just one-shot with a digital point & shoot.

Your comments are accurate, but I don't know that the OP will understand half of them [I only do because I have been reading over the last few years.]

I'm a little concerned that the OP was looking for people to say they were great pics.

Oh... I clicked your photos link, great pics. I like the XMAS card especially.
