Rim and tire questions

I've never bought a set of aftermarket rims and I have a few questions so I would really appreciate some advice!

1: My Mini is an early build (3/07) 2007 MCS. I have rubber valve stems so I believe that I can use any aftermarket rim that will clear the calipers. Correct?

2: I'm looking at the Enkei Evo 6 rims in "hyper black". They seem to be a somewhat close match to the 2006 model year JCW rims. Where do they get that there is anything black about those rims? See the picture below.

Regarding tires...

I won the Yokohama tires at the MOTD event this year. Which is the better type for stickiness and treadwear? Parada, S.drive or AVID? I will be going with a 205/45/17 or whatever the stock tire size is.

FWIW, My car has the sport suspension and sport package but no suspension mods now or ever planned and no brake changes planned.
