(but i may bring my dad if he wants to come since he's a car fan.)

update: well... i may not make it now.... my roof graphic came in damaged... and i won't be picking up Jude until next week.. have fun anyway - and i'll see you at the next one...

 

They have them once a month. All the dates should be on our events calendar on the MINIacs website. I don't know if I am going to make it myself. I have too much to do around the house this weekend...mainly Foxy MINI is in desparate need of a wash. I just couldn't bring myself to get out in the heat the last few weeks to do it!

You should make plans to come to the picnic on 8/24 out at Shelby Forest. I should have the info for that on the website sometime tonight.

 

Oh..and at this point, I don't know if I even consider Cordova the suburbs anymore!

I guess I shouldn't have lumped all suburbanites into one....that really isn't fair. I just get tired of hearing people talking about moving to Tipton, Fayette, MS, etc. because of how much Memphis sucks, yet the work and spend all their free time in the city. I totally understand wanting to move to the country, but if you are moving because the politics suck, try sticking around and doing something about it. If not, all the problems that you are running from are going to end up catching up with you eventually!

NO.. like i said... I only moved to Cordova because of rent prices .
I really like Memphis too... I just get jaded to a lot of the stuff because of my business...

Anyway... I'm gonna try to make it to one of the events when i'm not working...

Were you at Rafferty's around lunch time on Sat? I saw a car that fit the description of your new baby in the parking lot with driveout tags...

My husband and I walked over from Roadshow for lunch while Foxy was getting two new lights installed. If that was you, I love the Union Jacks!

 

Yep - that was me... Just picked up Jude right before... Still a few things to sort out.. but I love my baby!!! Been driving him around all weekend enjoying the feel of the road! Hopefully now i can make it to the next MINI event!
