18" OZ Ultraleggera Wheels

Hey,
I'm looking at getting a set of 18" OZ Ultraleggera wheels.

Just wondering what size I can fit on my R56 Cooper S ??

7x18" ?
7.5x18" ?
8x18" ?

I was hoping to put a set of 7.5x18" with 225/35 R18 tyres on the car, but I want to confirm if that will work before I go out and buy a set that won't fit.

What do you guys recommend ??

Thanks.

What's the offset you are looking at for the 18x7.5?

Not a clue for the 7.5x18"

7x18" would be a 42 offset.
I can run a 215/35 R18 tyre on that... right?

Yes you can run runt that. My OZ Record's are 18x7 ET38 with 215/35 R18 Toyo T1r's and fit perfectly. Where did you find the ultraleggeras?

Are you set on 18s? I put a set of 17s on and they drive just as good as my stock 16s did. In fact, I was still able to avg. a little over 37mpg on my last 3 full tanks and they look great. Good luck to you.

ET42 on the 7.5x18 should be spot on for inner clearance ie same as stock 7x17 ET48, so should have no issues there! 215/35R18 will fit on both 7 or 7.5, are you going non RFT?

I found the following places that sell O.Z Wheels in Australia:
http://www.talebtyres.com.au/index.asp
http://www.tyrepitstop.com.au/
http://www.magwheelcentre.com.au/

Otherwise - From the US:
http://www.tirerack.com/

Any other places??

Not sure about Run Flats yet. Need to look further into it, but thinking I might stick with them.

im thought they only make them 1 in size, 18x7 i thought, or whatever the size is on tirerack. i could be wrong tho, but i doubt they will make 4x100, the same diameter in 3 different widths.

The website shows multiple width's for the same size.

But, I do see your point about the 4x100 as I dont see anything written about that. So you could be correct.

I've emailed TireRack for a quote on 7x18" & 7.5x18" and asked if they will fit.

I'll post back when I get a reply.
