Wow. Very nice. What wax did you use?

Hope those playing clouds don't mean rain.

Nice wet-look. I like their instructional video as well:

If you are really lazy (like me) try Hydro. Wash the car, spray a little on before drying, and dry with a microfiber towel. Your car is waxed. Looks good and seems to last.

I think if I were to order a new MINI, I'd be very tempted by all Chilli Red, like yours. It really stands out in your black & white neighborhood.

lookin good..

I'm gettin ready to give zaino a try...

I detail cars as a side job, and used just about every kinda wax I can think of.

My favorite so far has been Maguire's tech wax 2.0. Next would be Zymol's cleaner wax, followed by Maguire's cleaner wax. It all depends on the condition of your paint. If you've got swirls from using a rough sponge to wash your car, use cleaner wax. If not, Tech Wax 2.0 is absolutely amazing and lasts forever.

I have never tried liquidglass, but it's defintely old school, like turtle wax carnuba wax... always a good choice...

definitely give it a go. it goes on really easily, hazes relatively quickly, but not so quick that you're worried it didn't actually cure. It comes off incredibly easy, and lasts for a good 6-7 months. Despite how long it lasts, I wax once a month...

Looks good, I've found that if you get some on the black parts, use a tire blackner and it will get it right out. I prefer Black Magic, but they all should work.

takes about 15 mins for the whole car, including arches, and you'll never have to take wax off of plastic again!

Great pic! I'm going to have to do the same when my car comes. It'd make a nice desktop.
