Hi,

im just curious about your experiences. My car arrived at the port on July 9, and will be at the dealership tomorrow. For me it seem like a long time for 800 miles to drive. The estimated delivery date in the OL is July 20.
Is there maybe something wrong with the car and the dealer does not tell me?

Arrived July 7, Delivered July 18. Due to multiple boats arriving that week, and only so much room on the train to the Spartanburg VDC, mine ended up staying at the port for an extra week.

Just look over the MINI when you get it, I'm sure everything will be fine.

 

Mine took 6 days, from port to dealer

 

It just depends. My car arrived in the VDC in South Hampton on 2/27/06 and got to the dealer in St. Louis MO on 2/28/06. That is not a typo, it really got through the VDC and half way across the country in 1 day. Needless to say, my MA and I were very surprised.
