The time has come once again for SCR Performance in Loveland, CO to host its monthly bbq and open house. We are inviting you, the enthusiast, to come enjoy a great evening of food and great cars. Everyone is welcome to join. The shop race cars will be on display and there will be a wide variety of cars and people to talk to. You don’t necessarily have to own a Euro or any specific car, so no worries there. Bring your friends, family and dogs (your job to clean up after all of them). Drop on by for a great time, great food, and great people.

We had over 60 cars last month. Lets make this months even bigger!


Directions: I-25 to Highway 34 (Exit 257B). West to Boyd Lake Road (1.4 miles). Turn South for .7 mile. The road curves to the right; proceed up the small hill - we are in the buildings on the left side. Take the second entrance to the left (there is a turn-lane for your convenience). Once inside the complex, head west to Unit C8.

We really hope to have a much larger mini presence this month. Last month, we didnt have one mini and I was a little bummed. I really hope you guys make a presence.

This one could have been fun, but I will be flying to California on Friday, new Grandson visit.

 

And unfortunately I have a date with Jacob - or rather his MINI. Paying off the reward for the Summer Solstice Ride contest. I was looking for a way to get out of it though.

 

It was your suggestion to meet Friday; if you'd rather go up North and we'll meet Saturday, that's fine by me. I never want to be the cause of folks missing out on motoring, car-gazing or eating opportunities. PM or call if we're changing the plans Chuck.

I know they were really looking forward to a larger MINI presence...so come on!...start planning for the next open house....Friday, August 29.
We stopped by when I got off of work at 5 and even as we were getting close to leaving (around 7) people were still showing up so don't worry about it being "too late." They'll cook a good burger or hot dog for ya! Also got a deal on a digital/video camera with mount. Can't wait to try it out!

 

I want to thank the two Mini drivers that joined us and stuck around and hung out with the other drivers. It was great to talk shop with you all and get your feedback on ideas.
