M7, 1FastMini, DDMworks, Helix, GIAC, Forge.

There is a whole lot of companies making and developing parts now, read the modifications section.

On the whole I am not very pleased with the quality, support, or attitude of Alta.

I don't mean the following to be finger pointing.
Instead of posting in public your negative opinion of a service/parts provider may I suggest that you go to Alta first and tell them of your concerns. I am sure if you were a businessman and this type of forum was a good part of your income you wouldn't want someone making negative comments about you/your company before you were contacted. Be a good citizen/consumer and contact Alta. They may surprise you.
By the way, I have never bought an Alta product nor do I have anything to do with their business.

maybe he already has. Consumers have the right to express their opinion on a purchase as they surely did not stand in line to get a product for free, they paid good money for it. the fact he mentions not being satisfied with their "attitude " is especially worrying. I´d say Alta be a good company, contact this unsatisfied customer get his problem sorted out and prove to forums like this, where a lot of your income comes from, you´re a properly run, reliable business with people who are commited to the customer, come what may.

Yep, contacted, hence the NOT PLEASED WITH THE SUPPORT, and ATTITUDE.

English is a very concise language, this is a public forum. The very fact this may or may not be offense is a lesson to be learned by vendors.

Do not treat customers poorly, and you won't get bad reviews.

I am very honest and open about my views of businesses, I run a couple of businesses myself. I treat customers like I would like to be treated, and I find that I never get publicly bashed for my work.

I would suspect you can find a whole lot of people with my view.

Excellent points kasaky. My presumption was that he had not yet contacted Alta and that was my error. Thanks for pointing that out.

Agreed JAce and kasaky. Besides, since when did we have to run it by vendors before we posted our opinions? You get one chance to make me happy, if I'm not then I'm perfectly within my rights to BOTH express it to the vendor and express it on here. Of course if the vendor does everything in their power to make it better that should also be conveyed but the fact is that this is a public and open forum and neither I nor anybody else should feel 'obliged' to post or not post about anything.
