Jus got the word that my MC is at the distribution center. MINI Division told me not to expect my car to be at the dealer and ready to come home for about 10-14 days. The next couple of weeks will be a long wait.....

MC BRG with white roof/wheels, bonnet stripes, sport pkg, cold weather pkg, can't wait to meet you

Congrats on making it to the VDC! Mine has been there since 8/31. I am hoping to see some progress this weekend. They said it should hopefully be moving out of there early next week. In the meantime it has just been sitting there. It hasn't gone through the checklist or anything yet The closer it gets the more impatient I become!

I was given the info that my car reached the distribution center on Sept. 5 after landing aboard the Aida on Aug. 30. The phone rep told me it should be released early next week, but I'm not counting on it. It appears that what you hear varies widely from rep to rep. So, I'm TRYING to feel good about just knowing that d-day draws near.

dark silver S, white roof/mirrors, white bonnet stripes, black gravity leather,
16" V spokes, cold weather package.

YES! As has come out several times on recent threads, the info provided by the customer service reps seems to vary an awful lot. I know that they're just trying to be helpful and hopeful....it can't be an easy job talking all day long to people who are trying to glean info, significance, and hope from scant details...but it would be nice if the reps could have training in offering consistent info.
