Question about brakes

Hey guys I have a 2003 MINI Cooper with almost 133,000 miles on it. My question I am about to ask is related to my brakes. I am still running my orignal brake lines and rear rotors after all these miles. I have had my front rotors changed to powerslot rotors at around 40,000 miles. Also the pads on all four corners have been changed about 3 times. I think it is time for my to change my brakes again, but im not sure if I should change my rear rotors with good pad life, or change my old brake lines (maybe to steel braided).
I do need to change my front rotors and pads because I have uneven pad wear (more pad wear on the driver side) and also my driver side rotor is more worn than the passenger side. What can cause this?

If you consistently make right turns while braking (with ASC on), then the CBC (cornering brake control) would apply greater pressure on your left/driver's side more often and those pads should have greater wear.

Or the caliper on that side gets stuck (?)

But the brakes feel fine. Not really super firm but they are not pulsating or making noise. If the caliper would I be able to feel the effect? Also my car does not even have traction control.

All MINIs have the traction control (under ASC). It is the DSC that is optional.

If the calipers are getting stuck then you might hear some sound.

If it is the other hypothesis (i.e., that you are making more braking right turns during your drives than left turns) then you would not hear or feel anything unusual. Your brakes would be fine----just uneven wear due to your driving habits.

Are you the first owner by the way?

Yes, I am the only onwer, those are all of my miles!!! LOL! I think I am just going to get the Brembo replacement rotors for the front and a front pair of Mintex brake pads. After 133,000 miles are my stock brake lines still good? If they are to get replaced should I get steel braided or go back to stock rubber lines?

I don't know about that. You should probably have them checked by a proper brake technician/mechanic.
